The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.75 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Budhana, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 3, two criminal cases have been shown and in both the cases, the applicant is on bail. It is also submitted that other criminal history of the applicant has been explained in paragraph 11 of the affidavit.
