The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.356 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Pooranpur, District- Pilibhit. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is one case shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.3 to the affidavit. It is also submitted that apart from the gang chart, 17 other criminal history of the applicant has been explained. It is further submitted that the applicant is not a member or leader or organizer of a gang and he has not abetted or assisted in the activities of a gang as enumerated in claus
