Heard Sri Keshawa Prasad Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Surendra Mohan Mishra, learned counsel for the informant, Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.130 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Lotan, District Siddharthnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She was found pregnant and has refused to go to her parental home, as such, she is living in Women Welfare
