Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Gunnaur, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further stated that the victim is 19 years old and is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. 6. There is a criminal history of one case assigned to the applicant, which stands explained. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.11.2024. In case, the applicant is released on bail, h
