Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. The applicant was earlier granted bail by this court by the order dated 18.03.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 44262 of 2024. Subsequently, implication of the applicant has been made under Section 9M/10 of POCSO Act and hence counsel for the applicant submits that it is well settled law that mere change in Section will not affect the bail already granted to the applicant in this particular case.
