Heard Sri Ram Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vinod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.216 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 74, 75(2), 115(2), 191(2), 333, 351(2) and 352 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kaundhiyara, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim is a married lady aged about 27 years old.
