The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.364 of 2021, under Sections 302/34 and 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with two others. 4. He further submits that only general role has been assigned to all the accused including co-accused Babloo and Kamini and both the above accused have already been released on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court and their bail order has been annexed at page 156 of the paper book and on fact case of applicant is at par with them. 5. He further submits that applicant is not having any p
