Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Talbehat, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her on a motorcycle and had taken certain photographs of her and blackmailed her to make them viral on social media. He is stated to have sent the indecent photographs to the mobile of the informant/victim. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. FIR
