This bail application under Section 483 BNSSA has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ritesh Sen, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 48 of 2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (City Act), Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.03.2025.
