As per prosecution story, some unknown person is stated to have committed rape with the victim as she was enticed away by the named accused person Najrana on 02.12.2024 and she was recovered subsequently. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 21 days from the incident.
