Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.103 of 2024, under Sections 127(2), 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Aung, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by forcing her into his room alongwith her by-cycle on 28.08.2024 between 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
