FIR of the present case was lodged on 10.07.2024 against the applicant and six others and according to the FIR applicant and other accused persons were having enmity with the informant's side and on 09.07.2024 at about 8 PM in the evening son of the informant left his house and in the morning 4 AM his dead body was found in the house of the applicant.
