Act, Police Station Kurara, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant on 14.06.2024 at about 9:00 p.m. and committed gang-rape with her alongwith co-accused person Abhishek Yadav.
