Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.142 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 74, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Marhara, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by forcing her into an agricultural field on 03.09.2024 at about 10:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 12 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 28 years and there is no medical corroboration of the incident.
