Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 07.04.2025. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.260 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim herein is the deponent of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. She has married the application. The annexure no.2 of the supplementary affidavit dated 11.04.2025 is the marriage certificate of the duo.
