Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 20.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.36 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Malpura, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have disrobed the victim and committed rape with her and the younger son of the informant had seen the occurrence, as such, caught hold of the applicant. 6. The applicant is stated to have beaten him up and ran away from the scene of occurrence on 27.01.2025 at about 10:00 a.m. 7.
