This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Amir, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1602 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366, 354, 120-B IPC and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
