As per prosecution story, the victim is stated to have expressed confidence with the applicant, as such, sat in his car, whereby the co-accused person Ajeet is sated to have committed rape with her on the back seat of the car. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
