The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 346 of 2023, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Sumerpur, District Hamirpur during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 15.7.2023 against the applicant and according to the FIR, on 15.7.2023 at about 4.30 PM in the evening applicant and his younger brother were fighting with each other under intoxication and during fight applicant made assault upon him through brick due to which he sustained head injuries and died. 4.
