No. 228 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 19 of 2021, U/S 376(3) IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Madiyahun, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have ravished the victim twice i.e. on 25.7.2021 and 28.7.2021. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
