The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 61(2)(5) BNS, Police Station Adarsh Mani, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged on 21.11.2024 against the co-accused Ravi and Bal Singh under section 140(1) BNS with regard to the missing of father of the informant but during investigation after two months when dead body of the deceased was recovered then case was converted under section 103 BNS. 5.
