Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Gursahayaganj, District- Kannauj, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in 1 criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
