The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 103, 62(2), 238 BNS, Police Station- Maudarwaja, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted however applicant is named in the FIR along with co-accused Nanhey @ Dharmendra and Rajeev but it appears that except suspicion there is no evidence against the applicant on record. 4. He further submitted after considering the entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Rajeev, has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page no. 119 of the paper book and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 5.
