Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Noida Sector-20, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the court below. 2. The Case Crime Number aforesaid has been lodged on the basis of the allegations set out in three predicate FIRs giving rise to Case Crime No. 203 of 2023, Case Crime No. 248 of 2023 and Case Crime No. 255 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, 1860.
