Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against co-accused Mukesh Kumar Verma, and as per allegation he committed the murder of his three children and wife but during investigation applicant who is cousin of named accused Mukesh Kumar Verma, has been made accused along with co-accused Akhilesh on the basis of the alleged suicide note of co-accused Mukesh Kumar Verma but after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Akhilesh has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 passed in
