Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of the U.P. Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the applicant was working as Khalasi and he was not the owner of the vehicle in question. The allegation of transporting animals for slaughtering is false.
