This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dasrath Kushwaha, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2025, under Sections 03, 04, 05, 07 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station- Seepri Bazar, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is neither owner of the hotel nor they have arrested from the hotel rooms. The applicant was customer.
