Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Brijesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant, Sri V.K.S. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.32 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Adarshmandi, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Learned counsel has further stated that it is a matter of consensual relationship.
