Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.238 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim is a married lady aged about 42 years, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
