Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajiv Chowdhury, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2025, under Sections 352, 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Luxa, District- Varanasi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and one another and according to FIR, on 19.01.2025 at about 10:30 p.m. in the night, applicant with some weapon caused number of stabbed injuries to the son of the informant due to which, he died. 5.
