The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.211 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and 67- A I.T. Act, 2000, Police Station Sinduriya, District Maharajganj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant case is that of a consensual relationship between the two on the false promise of marriage. The victim is major aged about 21 years. The applicant is in jail since 04.08.2024 and he is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 5.
