Heard Sri Devottam Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.69 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(M), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Reoti, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 16 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady aged about 26 years. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no medical corroboration of the incident. There is no recovery of any indecent photographs whatsoever. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
