The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 303 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Lodha, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against four accused (non applicant) with regard to the murder of the brother of the informant and during investigation applicant has also been made accused in the present matter through the statement of named co-accused Nepal Singh. 5.
