Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.768 of 2024 (State vs. Aftar Ali) arising out of Case Crime No.34 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 313 I.P.C., Section 5J(ii)/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Obara, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined as PW-1 during trial and she has completely resiled from her earlier statement and has been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring her hostile. There
