Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Raushan Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mahendra Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 37 of 2025, under Section 109 B.N.S., Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 & Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act & Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Rajgarh, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits 12 cows are alleged to have been recovered and there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 06.03.2025 and he has criminal antecedent of four cases. It is further submitted that no police p
