This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant- Shanu, seeking bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Saidnagali, District- Amroha. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 260 gm charas is alleged to have been recovered from the back pack of the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
