Heard Sri Rudra Pratap Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 3(2) V S.C./S.T. Act., Police Station Nagla Khangar, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 1.2.2025 at about 7.30 pm. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The victim
