Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.12 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have married the victim but subsequently, refused to admit it and have even threatened her to make viral her indecent video clip. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
