First Bail Application No.38884 of 2024 has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2024. Heard Shri Rajesh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Smt. Ruchi , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.782 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad . Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the police shown the recovery of 40 Kg contraband Ganja in 4 bags which is 10 Kg separately from the possession of the applicant.
