Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under Sections 70(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Khatauli, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Lalit has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 16.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11521 of 2025. Learned counsel has fairly conceded the fact that name of the applicant has also been mentioned in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 180 B.N.S.S.
