Heard Sri Keshari Nandan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.G. Yadav, learned counsel for the informant, as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)m of B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 of The POCSO Act, 2012 and 3(2)(V) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Kandwa, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
