As informed by learned AGA, notice to the informant has been served on 04.04.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Heard Sri Rama Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.703 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 14 years, on 25.10.2024 at about 10 AM. Subsequently, the victim was recovered, as such, the FIR was instituted on 26.10.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely
