Heard Sri Yashpal Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri VKS Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.314 of 2024, under Sections 64, 351(2), 351(3), 127(2), 131 of BNS, Police Station Gajner, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 04.12.2024 at about 5 PM. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
