The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0319 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Dibai, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 20.6.2024 against the applicant and three others and according to the FIR on 14.6.2024 at about 10.30 PM in the night applicant along with others made assault and due to assault made by them, informant and his brother sustained injuries. 5.
