This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jai Singh Alias Ajay, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 6.12.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Naveen Kumar @ Ramu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.11.2024 in Criminal Misc.
