Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.172 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 87, 137(2) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Dullahpur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant from his house on 17.10.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence
