Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 137(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Birno, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR was instituted against co-accused person Vikas and one Priti Kumari. The applicant was not named therein. His name has come up in the statement of the victim rcorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. 6.
