Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 87, 137(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Sadat, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. She has married the applicant and has expressed her willingness to spend her life with him only.
