Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Shubham Tiwari, has been granted bail by this Court on 07.04.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10911/2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
