Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.741 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(1)Da, 3(1)Dha, 3(2)(v) & 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forced the victim into agricultural field and committed rape with her on 18.12.2024 at 07:30 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six hours and there is no expl
